First Sector that I believe is currently is best to invest is Power Sector. Power Company produce electricity and transmit it to powerup city. If there would no Better power company, the City or Country would not develop. All the works like Manufacturing, IT Services, Railways and much more keep functioning only through help of Power company produced Electricity. Higher Power within a country means Higher Possibilities. Power company would continue to provide energy and to make nation Better than past. I think most of the power stocks are available at attractive price and this pricing would probably change into higher valuations in future. In future, we can see 100-160 percent higher valuations of Power stocks. Therefore, I believe that Investing in most of the power stock would probably not loss your investment.
Tata Power, Reliance Power and Adani power are among the top pics in Power sector. Other stocks which can be include in portfolio among Power sector are Jp power, Rattan power and Suzlon energy. I have selected only Private limited companies because I believe they would gave better returns than Government owned companies.
We all know that Infrastructure is a need of every developing country. Only Infrastructure transform the overall scenario of every country. If there is no Infrastructure growth, country would not develop. Few months ago, Government decides to give a relief to those Infra Companies who have faced problem in completing their projects due to many aspects. Government said that it would give 70-80% amount to companies for those projects which are running pending from last many years. After this Step taken by government, Many Infra Stocks gain more than 50 percent in only month. But as today, there are many infra stocks who have great portfolio but they are trading near its 52 week low or even lifetime low. Therefore, I am suggesting three Stocks in Infra sector that can be long without any risk.
Buy GMR Infra with target of Rs.16 for Long term. I known the debt on company but the point is GMR Infra have enough assets for lowering debt. Company is working on its debt and I believe if the company would get success in lowering debt without any major sell out of its assets, It would become profit earning company.
Buy JPInfra with target of Rs.17 for Long term. JP Infra is the Maker of 165 km long Yamuna Expressway build along with Yamuna River to connect Delhi and Agra. JP Group is working on their Debt to compete with other Companies before right time would gone. Because of higher potential, my views on JP Infra is positive.
Buy Punj Lloyd with target of Rs.29. For long term. Punj Lloyd is working on its debt. The overall market share of company is quite fair. Company is also focussing on Solar Power Projects. Defence related product and services are also offered by Punj Lloyd.
All three stocks I have suggested in Infra sector are only because they have good portfolio and are available at very low prices. GMR Infra, JPinfra and Punj Lloyd have enough assets to pull down there debt easily. All three Companies are facing problem in Market Capitalisation only because of fear of debt by investors. All these three companies are working on there debt and if they get success, all three stocks would definitely get better valuation in market in short term.
Another sector which looks attractive at current valuations is Cement sector. Sales and income of Cement companies would rise in coming future as our nation is in the stage of Developing. More Construction means more raw material which would positively affect the Cement companies in india. Without cement or any other type of connective bond material, Construction work is impossible to be completed. Roads, Highways, buildings, compartments are all made using cement sector products. Therefore, investors should buy or hold minimum one Cement company in their portfolio for long term to earn better returns. Mangalam Cement, Birla Corp and Orient Cement are among the top picks in Cement Sector.
